Peter Wright
Chairman of the Board
Peter Wright is the non-executive chairman of Verde Corporate Finance. Prior to joining the firm, Peter was the strategic investment director of Finance Wales. At Finance Wales, Mr Wright successfully raised the rate of investment at the Finance Wales Group from £6m in 2003/04 to £48m in 2013/14. He also expanded the Group operations across the UK by winning new external fund management contracts in the North East and North West as well as further contracts in Wales.
Nigel Greenaway
Director
Nigel is a director at Verde, as well as a founder of Greenaway Scott. He brings over 20 years of experience and extensive knowledge of the corporate sector. Nigel advises on everything from disposals and acquisitions to investments, stock market listings and insolvency. He has been a recognised Legal 500 Recommended Lawyer, as well as Dealmaker of the Year.

Craig Blackmore
Director
Craig leads the Verde team and has nearly 30 years experience in finance and accounting. Craig has led a number of successful transactions for Verde including MBO's at Paramount Interiors and S3 Advertising. Prior to joining Verde, Craig worked with Deloitte and has also held finance director positions at a number of UK and international businesses, as well as providing outsourced financial services to SMEs.

Mike Fenwick
Associate Director
Mike is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years experience in a variety of roles assisting both SME's and multi-national companies with accounting, strategic planning, corporate finance and grants advice. Mike's experience prior to joining Verde includes 22 years at PWC and 7 years at Broomfield and Alexander. Mike has also spent some time in industry as a finance director for a fast growing SME.

Dave Shalliday
Non-Executive Director
Dave has enjoyed an illustrious career in the banking and finance industry, having held senior roles at RBS and most recently as Regional Director for Santander Corporate & Commercial. With over 40 years of experience, predominantly in the Mid-Corp and Commercial markets across Wales and the South West of England, his track record of working with management teams to build successful companies across many different sectors adds complimentary skills and knowledge to the team at Verde.
